These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Roofstead, the internal customer-relationship and job-management application (the “Service”) provided by Twin Bridge Roofing & Construction(“Twin Bridge Roofing & Construction,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By signing in to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is a private business tool used by our team members and authorized subcontractor crews to manage roofing and exterior-construction leads, estimates, jobs, orders, invoices, payments, scheduling, and related files. It is not a public website or consumer product, and access is limited to users we authorize.
You agree to use the Service only for its intended business purpose and in compliance with applicable law. You will not:
Customer records, job information, files, and other data in the Service are the property of Twin Bridge Roofing & Construction and are provided to help you perform work on our behalf. You must handle this information responsibly, keep it confidential, and use it only for legitimate business purposes. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use information.
The Service supports electronic estimates, approvals, and signatures. Where a customer or authorized user signs a document electronically through the Service, that electronic signature is intended to have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature, and the parties consent to transacting electronically.
The Service integrates with third-party services, including Google (Gmail and Google Calendar), cloud hosting, mapping and weather data providers, and supplier platforms. Your use of connected third-party accounts is also subject to those providers’ own terms and policies. Our use of Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You may connect or disconnect these integrations at your discretion.
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your business and customer data), is owned by Twin Bridge Roofing & Construction or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to the Service except the limited right to use it as authorized.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Weather, storm-history, geocoding, pricing, and similar information comes from third-party sources and is provided for convenience; we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness, and it should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twin Bridge Roofing & Construction will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including if you violate these Terms or leave your role with Twin Bridge Roofing & Construction. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and post the updated Terms at this address. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
