Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Twin Bridge Roofing & Construction (“Twin Bridge Roofing & Construction,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with Roofstead, our internal customer-relationship and job-management application (the “Service”). The Service is used by our team and authorized field crews to manage roofing and exterior-construction projects. By using the Service, or by interacting with us as a customer whose information is stored in the Service, you acknowledge the practices described here.

Who this policy is for

The Service is a private business tool — it is not a public website or consumer product. The people whose information is involved are: (1) our team members and subcontractor crews who sign in to use it, and (2) our customers and prospective customers, whose contact and project details our team enters and manages to deliver estimates, schedule work, and complete jobs.

Information we collect

• Account information for team members and crews — name, email address, phone number, role, and a password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Customer and project data our team enters — customer names, property and mailing addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, job details, estimates, invoices, payments, notes, tasks, and appointments.
• Files and photos uploaded to a job, including job-site photos, documents, receipts, and crew invoices.
• Google account data — if a team member connects their Google account, we access it only to send email from their own Gmail address and to add job appointments to their Google Calendar, at their direction (see the Google section below).
• Limited technical data — a secure session cookie to keep you signed in, and standard server logs (such as IP address) used for security and to keep the Service running.

We collect property addresses and, to show job-site weather and storm history, may send an address to third-party mapping and weather services (see “How we share information”). We do not run advertising, ad networks, or third-party behavioral tracking, and we do not use session-replay technology.

How we use information

• To operate the Service — manage leads, estimates, jobs, orders, invoices, payments, appointments, and files.
• To send estimates, invoices, and related emails to customers from the sending team member’s own email account.
• To schedule job appointments on the relevant team member’s calendar.
• To provide job-site weather forecasts and severe-weather (hail/wind/tornado) history for a property.
• To secure the Service, prevent misuse, debug problems, and meet legal obligations.

Google user data

When a team member chooses to connect their Google account, we request permission to send email on their behalf (the gmail.send scope) and to create and manage calendar events (the calendar.eventsscope). We use this access solely to provide those features at the user’s direction — sending estimate/invoice emails and adding job appointments to their calendar.

Twin Bridge Roofing & Construction’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide the Service or as required by law. A team member can disconnect their Google account at any time from their account settings, which revokes our access.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, and only as needed:

• Hosting — our application and database are hosted on Railway (cloud infrastructure in the United States).
• Google — to send email and manage calendar events when a user connects their account, as described above.
• Mapping & weather — property addresses may be sent to the U.S. Census Geocoder, OpenStreetMap/Nominatim, Open-Meteo, and NOAA/National Weather Service data services to determine location and weather/storm history. No payment or account credentials are sent to these services.
• AccuLynx — where used, to synchronize existing job and contact records into the Service.
• Supplier integrations — where a supplier account (such as SRS Distribution) is connected, to retrieve pricing and place material orders at our direction.
• Legal — if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our company, our customers, or others.
• Business transfers — if our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, role-based access, and access controls that limit what each user can see. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and keep the Service safe.

Data retention

We keep customer and project records for as long as needed to run our business, serve our customers, and meet legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations. Team-member account data is kept while the account is active. You may request deletion of personal information as described below, subject to records we are required or permitted to keep.

Children

The Service is a business tool not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Your choices and rights

If you are a customer whose information we hold, you may contact us to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, or to ask a question about how it is used. Team members can update their own account details after signing in, and can disconnect a connected Google account at any time. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and post the updated policy at this address.
